solidify shake?

Could the standard orange peel treatment make it moist enough?

 

paintballer and jack's idea is my favourite - mix it into resin. thats what i used to do with shake and crystals. havnt bothered with that sort of minuteae lately

but another thing you can do, if theres lots of trichomage, is get some cellophane, like the stuff around cigarette packages or certain food packages, put the stuff in a crease, and roll it into some hash-like product. if you use your fingers it will get stuck all over your fingers and become dirty. cellophane is very smooth so you can scrape it off with a sharp edged object oncew youve rolled it together

 

i fyou dont have a screen just ash a cig into the bowl and put the weed on top of it, the ash wont pull through and will stop the weed from pulling through but it will still let the air/smoke through

 

p.s. this is also a good method for smoking little scoops of keef from your grinder which gets you fucked up

 

Get a strainer and use the screen from it. It'll last you like a year... or get some glass/brass/steel from a headshop.

 

Ew, ashing a cig in your bowl would taste worse than ass.

EDIT: jsut wanted to add something about the aluminium foil being dangerous and all.

I dont think using aluminium foil as a screen is that dangerous.
Here in Egypt, where I live, it is tradition to smoke hookahs. A large part of the population smokes them and like 80% of the cafes serve hookah, with a variety of flavoured molasses to choose from. The point is that these hookas are always served with an aluminium foil screen that separates between the coal and the molasses so that, instead of coming into direct contact with the coal and burning, the molasses are heated giving the smoke somekind of flavour.

Now being such a widespread thing in egypt if it was that harmful ppl would have noticed sooner or later and it's not like the streets are full of crazy alzaheimer ppl runnin around, either,plus Hookas are still considered by the majority to be less harmful then cigarettes.

So, IMO the whole aluminium being extremly harmful thing is just a bunch of hype...

that´s what i was going to say. even just the smallest bit of a bud (anything that´s solid) in the bottom of a bowl will stop it from falling through. or, just dump it into a bowl really fast so very little will fall through the hole. then pack it in really tight with your finger. as you smoke, i dont think much would fall through. of course, depends on the set-up of the pipe.

whenever i smoke keef, i always put a little chunk of a bud in the bottom then fill the rest in with however much keef i want. (god damn, grinders with a keef collector are the shit!)

 

eat lots of chocolate bars. take a shit, grab a nut from the log and shove it in the bowl.

problem solved.

I already solved this problem, but for reference, i have a steam roller... does this change anything lol
