    Hidden is not the problem because it was hidden and this dickhead took it upon himself to transgress this guy's rights by going into his belongings (perhaps this guy could be hit with attempted theft,just to fuck with him back) and removing items from there. Security would be a better solution. Find a lock that will fit your backpack and use it to secure your pipe so you can avoid this in the future.
