The Ramones always cheer me up...as sad as that may sound to some people Sheena is a Punk Rocker,usually does the trick.

anything by marley... marley can put a mile wide smile on anyones face.... almost any song by the grateful dead makes me smile too....

I've always felt that Bob Marley's songs give me a good feeling overall. his songs are philosophical and full of hope. the Beatles too, some of Dylan but his songs don't really give much of a cheerful effect.
