Soy Products--Good or Bad???

    chickpeas, butter beans, kidney beans, sesame seeds, pinto beans, mung beans, mung bean shoots, masoor dal (red lentils), haricot beans, green split peas, brown lentils, yellow split peas, cannelini beans, bulgur wheat, buckwheat, borlotti beans, bran, black beans, barley, alfalfa sprouts, wheat and wheat products, milk products...the list goes on and on and on...I wouldn't be worrying about the protein too much, theres a lot of places that you can be getting it!

    Soy may not be great for you, but im sure as hell it's better than eating actual meat.
