Are they quart jars? If you're lucky...6 ounces (dried).

if I make an incubator to use for colonization can I use the same incubator for fruiting the cakes? also would it be possible to case in that same incubator? would it need to be modified if so how? thanks for all this help guys, I really appreciate it.

You'd need to post pictures so we knew exactly what you meant by 'incubator'. Ideally, you spread it out thinly in a tray with a casing layer. The trays go into a bin...
