Technically that doesn't suprise me (except if its near a coast ). But I wonder if it doing that serves any good purpose other than making the scene utterly spectacular.
I want to watch "Rogue One" again but Netflix discontinued it. Saw excerpts from the new trailer on 2 news networks this morning. It looks like it's ramping up to be an amazing show. It's December 20, or something I think.
I bought Rogue One for a few euros. Dirt cheap! I bet its the same in your area. Was hoping the same would count for Solo but alas...! But since I rarely buy a movie anyway I thought what the heck..
I'm looking more forward to Fallen order and The Mandalorian than episode 9... I just think it will disappoint. Well, me at least. The over the top action shots in that trailer don't excite me at all unfortunately
I bought Solo when it came out. At a premium. I paid full price at a store we have called Walmart. It's was around $20 USD I think.
You mean there will be others? The anchor on CNN seemed to think this was the last one, but his co-anchor corrected him saying "last until the next, anyway..." lol. Ok. I'm glad if there will be more. I think they're imaginative and am happy with the direction Disney has taken them.
Well, I would advise you to just get Rogue one for those few dollars then. It's probably less than $10 The Mandalorian is a tv show that will start on Disney+ in november as i understood (I'll get it some time later. Not planning on getting Disney+). And we talked about Fallen order before; its a game. But yeah, although the Skywalker saga will end with episode 9 there's likely more Star wars movies to come. But probably not an episode 10.
As you noticed I think there's a lot to complain The only direction i am really happy with moviewise is the origin stories (as i understood Solo is merely the first) and that Rogue One movie that is a great addition to the original story. Episode 7 and 8 are full of cheap shots. They are fun and there are plenty of good elements and moments but really, they could (and should) have been a lot better. Hence why im very weary for 9
I dont get the Kylo Ren hate I really like Adam Driver, but if you want disappointment - The dead dont die - a zombie movie with Bill Murray and Adam Driver, and yet they still manage to fuck it up. For some reason they try to do this slow moving arthouse movie. Its sooo boring I couldnt finish it
I have my doubts about the Mandalorian. To keep it going it would have to be its own thing, but they are probably just going to keep trying to fit in lame references to D list star wars characters
Oh, I see. I wonder if they pay Netflix for something like that or if they can simply yank the rights from them. lol.
Netflix is picking up and dropping things all the time. Rogue One was up there for a while. You were just too late. I doubt it has much to do with Disney.
I'm kind of over Netflix, they dont seem to produce quality stuff themselves All the TV shows Ive been into the last 12 months, Ive had to torrent because they were available somewhere else, and Im not going to bother with 5 streaming services All the good stuff still seems to be made by HBO, BBC and CBS
It does look great. They showed the trailer for the first time during the ESPN halftime show on Monday Night Football
It's something to be hyped about for Christmas time; which I think is healthy. So, I will allow myself to be hyped for it. I'm psyched!
