States that are violating the 26th Amendment

Well if it was a community college, most of those that I know of are commuter colleges, meaning you'd have another place of residence like a house or apartment which would be the place of residency used for voter registration.

As for state colleges (4-year schools, and 4-year private schools) they're pretty strict about proving residency as well just because the colleges want your $, so there's total documentation there. And after shelling out that kinda $ for a private school, most students are gonna stay on campus and get their $'s worth, legally giving them residency if they stay in that geographical area ___ amount of time.


As far as I'm understanding this shenanigans in North Carolina, it is unconstitutional and these voting restrictions upon students need to be challenged in court at the state and federal level.
