Played some awesome pool at home.

I really think I do alter the way I play when I'm out in real life. I definitely have my "ways" when I'm on my home, like, I do this thing where if I want to be really accurate, I go and look at the ball into the pocket and then I get behind the cue ball and I do this weird step, it's like I'm holding the pool cue as a rifle and I take two marching steps on the spot and then I get down in my stance, but I don't do this when I'm out bevause I'm consciously aware nobody else will.

Problem is when I do it at home, it really works for me.

I have a few other peculiarities too lol but I won't bore you with them.

Hmm and just like that. I'm out of the playoffs.

Really cannot believe, played horrible.

 

Can't believe that. My last shot, easy shot for me. I needed the white ball perfectly for next shot, draw back few inches game over and I got the leave..... But I missed the easy (by my standard) shot. Dumbfounded really. So, out first round of playoffs. waste of 2 hr drive that's what pisses me off lol.

There was 4 top dawgs there today. Corey, Fez, Hamish and myself. Only Corey made it past 1st round. So we all just sat there and laughed. And now I'm on the road again.

But fuck all that anyway, thank fuck the seasons over now I have like 6 weeks to prepare for next winter season lol but we are moving up I think to the new "super league" so of we make that based on our individuals ranking which we most likely will, you'll be hearing me losing a lot more games because we'll be thrown into a 1st division super league comp so we'll be playing pros, so we'll lose but it'll actually be very good for my pool game because I'll have to learn how to actually beat a pro and not dinky around shit players.

Anyway, with my new pool cue I think I'm about... 15 wins 13 losses, but they weren't really league matches, sooooo... Fucked if I know. What im trying to say is at least my new cue is working for me.

 

Also next weekend (not this one) we are going camping for our grand final party and we are allowed to take our dog with us so that's pretty cool.

Apparently a bunch of the support staff at my kindergartner's school belongs to the high school teachers union, so her school is closed today for a one day strike by their union.

We got a bunch of snow last night, so they may have cancelled busses anyway.

 

I would say candy is making a definite effort two bump Oliver threads everyday several times a day have you read Candy's Place conversation? It is drivel there is no substance to it it is just a waste of cyberspace as well as her other fantasy threads what would you do if you had three wishes I can tell you what my first wish would be

 

Not to mention she showed up and brought a dozen men with her like come on we do not need another dozen men we need another dozen women just to kind of even it out make it fair

 

To be fair, I'm sure our conversations here aren't super engaging for outsiders lol

I am on the boat I was loading wood in the truck in the dark at my bosses house in the village to bring to my boss's house in the city on the way to my sister's house in a different city road trip today and I am the front left position on the boat which means if they are throwing water I'm getting a free truck wash this morning
