I'm still wearing in this one. It takes time. The first few days I couldn't keep it on my head in small breeze, now I can keep it on my head in strong winds if I catch it quick enough and brace. It's take several more months to really get there. Maybe even a year.

My new hat has much more curve than my old hat did, I'm not sure how to make the brim more flat. I leave it over night brim down and when I pick it up it's perfect but after few moments it goes back to its curve. I hear you can use a hair dryer to shape them, or steam but I'm not sure how.

Other than that, I mean I still think of my old hat a few times a week I guess but I'm used to my new hat now. although the same brank and style, it is slightly different in its character. It's like a whole new thing. I just hate the fact I had it for 2 years, it's the age thing. I can't explain it.

But, still... Damn that son of a bitch that stole my hat.

It is a hard line for the cops in situations like these. On the one hand, involvement could escalate the situation and lead to the deaths of innocent people. On the other hand, if they had pulled back, these guys may have killed the driver anyway, and they'd get shit on for that.
