12:30AM: POLICE have established a critical incident crime scene at Bonville near Archville Station Rd, south of Coffs Harbour where a man, 36, was fatally shot by police on Thursday night.

A separate crime scene has been secured by officers in Magnolia Pl, Port Macquarie, where a woman was stabbed earlier in the evening and reportedly doused in petrol.

We painted the bathroom roof. I think we did okay. It was pretty horrible it was peeling away etc so we sanded that back, filled in with puddy, coated 2 layers of bathroom prima and gave it two coats. It was an exhausting experience tbh but it looks great. I love having a shower and you look up at a nice white ceiling, no peeling or anything. It's good. Now we will concentrate on the rest of the house in intervals.

Its left me so exhausted though. My eyes were really straining while painting so they were so tired. I've been falling asleep at random times all week. I sleep for 8+ hrs but I wake up even more exhausted feeling.

I have a new weed plant now too my friend gave me it and yeah it's totally different to mine. He said he had 2 of his plants do the same as mine and bud and flower too quickly. This new one is all shoots everywhere and the leaves are nice in comparison ours looked like what he described "someone shrivelled scrotum sack" I said oh yeah thanks.

He still thinks I'll get an ounce of bud from it. He's going to see what to does and if it's bud too soon or whatevs he'll harvest what he can. So now we have a new plant to harvest. He wants me to learn and experiment as next year I'm going to have more plants going probably during spring and summer.

My dog is feeling better now. I decided to start mis section workout so 500 crunches have left me in a enormous amount of pain in my tummy muscles.

We also caught up with a married couple friend I think they're going to swing by on new years eve they ask what we were doing, I said sitting my ass in front of the fire drum. They said sounds wonderful so I said feel free to drop by. I then went and did the shopping, they're interesting to buy for as she's Indian, but she's like a white Indian in terms of culture but I have a feeling she might be vegetarian but I'm not really sure and too embarrassed to ask as I think I'm already supposed to know that lol. So I'll have vegetarian options as well with my great pork left overs from Xmas and then some assorted sausages.

What else I been up to.. I bought the Super Late Model car on iRacing and been giving it a test. It's pretty fun. I painted a Faygo car for it, I'm not sure what my team are doing for paints yet so I made this paint.

I was meant to go to Munich today to catch up with some people but I'm not going.. Too exhausted and my back and body aches really bad. I think I'm fending off a cold, it's there but hasn't fully come yet.

I dont love these over sized rolling papers...anything bigger than a zigzag and I am burning too much paper....I trim them

Sometimes I find myself rolling imaginary joints out of post its at work then looking around quickly to make sure no one saw me
