not sure whats causing the lower back pain,, seems to want to stop me from walking .. or getting up from my seat.

 

That sounds like sciatica man. I have it. It sucks big time. Recurring nonsense...

 

not ready for that.. I am hoping its because my chair is broken and that caused it.. when I sit down its slammed a couple times from a bad air coil.. need a new chair. office store up the street but not open today..

 

Sounds similar to whatever I have. I have trouble standing or straightening up. I can't pick up things from the floor anymore either. Therapy didn't help at all but I have a back brace that helps some.

 

I also had the kidney stone thing a couple weeks ago.. maybe still some residual ..
could be spandex compression. maybe cutting of circulation.. Im just trying to eliminate all possible causes ..

 

I usually lick the outside of the glue. Less likely to have it get too wet and not stick right that way.

 

Anyone have ant big new years eve plans?

We're going to stay in and eat good food and watch a movie or something. I'm making baked brie and roasted garlic with red pepper jelly and crackers.

Realistically we'll probably smoke a joint, eat food, have sex if we aren't too full of cheese, and be in bed by 10:30pm haha.

 

Always feels good to get a project like that done, one that has been bugging you for a while. I find that painting ceilings sucks because holding your arms over your head for more than a couple minutes is super tiring. I guess that those muscles don't get a lot of work normally.

 

Yeah that's the muscles that hurt and also my back aches too. My back always aches but I think since my other body parts ache, it's sending referred pain all over the place.

 

I wish we had more options than like, haha. I like posts to let people know I've read it without responding, but now it seems that I like that you're in pain lol

 

Yeah we've all been. There have been posts where i might like something about it but sometimes i won't click it because yeah... don't want to look like a sadist. At least not in this context.

 

I read your holiday card then I put it in the trash. I get yelled at for this. I am the same way with birthday cards. Like I'm supposed to wait a few weeks when its trash now? Don't worry the person is my heart. Women are strange.

 

moved one my waiting room chairs to my room/room. yeah its the chair .. the air piston is shot. wobbling and falling .. most certainly feel my back better now. fingers crossed.

This is for @Irminsul too. Ceilings are the DEVIL. Your neck hurts from having to bend constantly back and look while you're painting white on white. Then you have to go back over everything to make sure its all done. Not even counting your arms being tired as hell...and that is just the BEGINNING of the job. Ceilings are always first...walls next.

God I hate doing ceilings, and I really need to do my bathroom also. Hell, this entire house (EXCEPT FOR THE KITCHEN I ALREADY PAINTED) needs repainting...and because of rock quarry blasting years and years and years ago, the ceilings are cracked...which The Mother made them half ass fix a couple of the ceilings, but not really a good fix. ALL the ceilings in ALL the rooms are cracked. They ALL need repairing now..plus painting. God help me.

I really don't expect all that to do be done...not anytime soon. I'm just saying it needs to be done. lol

I'm laughing to keep from crying.

My lip seems to be doing fine. The swelling has gone down, but I did have to go buy another tube of damn Neosporin since I lost the good cream tube...and it is OINTMENT, which won't even stay on the inside of my mouth like cream Neosporin will. smdh

im pretty sure we could start a casino and completely stomp hubby's current job. they are so incompetent. hire more security, and you wont have minors sneaking in. overlap between shifts, not gaps. they can afford it, but security doesnt "make" money for the establishment. its so fucked up.

how hard is it to put a guard at every entrance, and have one roaming?
or have ANYONE ELSE with a gaming license stationed at the entrances to check ID?
its not fucking rocket surgery.

oh, and the high temp is supposed to be 17 degrees F new years day ( thats -8 C for the rest of the world. im trying to get better ate "reading" both) and i am NOT looking forward to being that cold.
