    We’re just going to get a glancing blow of the polar vortex here in Eastern New England with lows of -5 to -10 F (which no big deal) before the arctic air retreats back into Canada.


    The Midwest and upper Midwest will be looking at record breaking low temps.


    Wonder if the -22 F temps in Chicago will quell some of the gang violence and homicides for at least a few days? …lol…

    I think the coldest I have ever experienced has been about -5F. I can't wrap my mind around -31. How does your heat even keep up?
