Well, x-rays show the upper half is crooked (most probably caused by swimming INTO the side of a swimming pool (HARD) when I was almost 21)...and the upper half sometimes, but not often bothers me. However, the lower half - down to my butt, and mostly the lower part of my back sometimes makes me want to scream. Acupuncture helps, but is expensive and I try to go as long as I can between sessions. Its about time to schedule for a group of 4 (its cheaper that way) as just 1 session doesn't do much good for long. After those 4 sessions, it seems I'm good to go for a while....as long as I don't do something too stupid.

This is not an excuse but the truth as far as why I sometimes (to often) don't get too far when I start cleaning up...my dang back gets to hollering. For instance, taking out cat pans, which really aren't heavy; but, involve a lot of walking to where I dump the litter and then there is a lot of bending and cleaning up behind them plus what I go through (raking back leaves and/or grass clippings) is enough to make me need to just sit down (or lay down) for a while after I get all of them done. I have 3 and need to go ahead and set out 2 more. Lord God have mercy.

Basically its the lower back that gives me the most aggravation.

Do you have any suggestions? I promise you I'm all ears! :)

Pilates that I do that makes pain go away for hours are these two. It bends and allows the back discs to have less stacked pressure as when you are standing. I breathe deep and go real slow for ten minutes going back and forth from one move to another multiple times and it works wonders. It's not at all strenuous. Its actually quite relaxing. You go as far as you can, breathe then relax. In about ten minutes time, you'll feel pretty good.

I don't put my leg up that high, I just go high enough to be parallel with my head.

This one I just hold this pose for about 3 to 5 seconds then rest on my stomach. Then i do it again, then again, then again. Just make it relaxing with breathing deep and slow.

I really hope this can help you the way it's helped me Lynn.

If you right click on that little box a dropdown menu will appear, one of the options is "open in a new tab" it will open the picture in another tab and you can see it there... Works 90% of the time.

I had a brutal headache all day yesterday, assumed it was because I was sick. It has gone away now, after having coffee. I think it was just from not having any caffeine yesterday...

Another solid run for Irmi and her truck this morning/afternoon. Qualified 7th, finished in 4th. Spen much of the race just inside top 10 so to get into top 5 was good. :)
Also moved up to 3rd in points!
