Telling everyone always helps because I immediately feel silly for being dramatic and so hopefully become less dramatic.

 

We all have off days, some need to talk, I lock myself away, then realise it did me no favours.. my kids call me a manager ..lol

 

Im having off day taking off to decompress . just go over my notes and stuff . do not cram . learn a lot more not cramming or speeding thru ..
