As long as their feet aren't wet.. this would establish a good root, even though they seem stunted. it'll probably be a lot more vigorous and beready to take off as soon as the sun coming out.

The worst part about my back problems is there is no cure for it. It will only get worse and worse. I'm assuming at some point my body gives in to the pain but I'm not sure. The most important part of trying to "heal" what can't be healed is I need to stop the progression and spread of the inflammation. Right now it's all in the pelvic area and that's why I have so much upset stomachs and digestion issues because all my tummy is directly behind the inflammation, so the stomach is also inflamed a lot of the time.

So, trying to reduce the spread of inflammation is about as good as I can do. Eventually it will climb up through my back, fusing each vertebrae individually as it does. If I can't reduce this inflammation I will indeed end up like a brook stick good and proper.

They believe the disease, ankylosing spondeliteous* is probably what people in the middle ages referred to as the hunch back. Basically that's how their backs fused. Limping over to alleviate pain eventually gets them stuck in that position, obviously something I don't want.

But yes who knows with medicine. Atm I'm on steroid anti inflammation pills but other people get the injections. I've actually read a month or so ago, you know the ventilators people use for asthma? They're designing something similar when you Puff in and it alleviates inflammation. so, progression is working for sure.

 

Congrats to Alex Bowman who drives the #88 car for the Hendrick Motorsports stables on his first career NASCAR CUP Series race yesterday at Chicagoland. Alex was passed by Kyle Larson with 10 laps to go and it looked over but he fought so hard to get back around and won the race.

Win #2 for Hendrick Motorsports this season, along with Chase Elliot's win @ Talladega.

Don't be staying up the up and up and up. Don't be abusing alcohol..
Proper chiropractor do squats.. what's some weight get the lower back in place,. much like the shock absorber for a car your lower back is shock absorber. Eat gelatin.. make soups with big bones in it.. get a supplement. Avoid narcotics..

 

Ohhhh yeah there's another cure and that's 4 electro magnetic pads on 4 pressure points and cranked to 60 just riding the lightening here guys bzzzzzzzzzz

 

I haven't drank for 3 days. I've also been getting plenty of rest. I might have some 12% later cause wifey wants to take me to the movies.
