boo on bad weddings. sorry to hear about the frustrated, and like aeri said.. what's with the bobcat? maybe he's friendly. give him some of the chicken plate, after all, it's not like wedding catering is actually all that tasty anyway.

Yesterday afternoon we went metal detecting just along the edge of our farm. My uncle and the neighbors had dug up an old wagon while fixing fences. We found this awesome wooden bottle like a pirate bottle. I was hoping it would be worth a lot but when I cleaned it up it is stamped as "riproduzione".

Stillz it has definitely been used as a tap as is still had the fruit gunk from the wine in a perfect cylindrical hole at the bottom obviously used as a tap.

It stands up from the ground to my knee and is quite heavy. Bit gutted it's only a reproduction, but I still think it's awesome! I wonder how long it had been in the ground for? It was found in a chest on the wagon, 3 of them. I took one, my uncle took one and the neighbor took one.

 

That was such a surprise. I turned red in the face and was blushing irl while watching.

its a nice venue. hubbys cousin got married there a few years ago, but they did it right.
these fuckheads left trash everywhere. and i cant stand that so i chased my kid around and picked up after trash people.
theres a bit of greenbelt/ creek area around the property. theres always wildlife nearby here.

added later, because my phone is stupid and apparently didnt post...

we are finally home. i am incredibly agitated. like hubby wanted to stop for fast food on the way home, and i was just like, i need to be home. home. now. now now. hours ago now. and i cant calm down.
plus, we had to take some stuff to their apartment, so hubby left the car running while he ran stuff in. and some tweaker crackhead came up asking for a ride across fucking town. with my KIDS in the car. i just said no, and then she started screaming at me that i didnt have to be rude.
i just fucking cant chill. its like a panic attack but different. im wildly out of control of my stress right now.
hubby went back out to get fatty food. fat shack is open until 1 AM. its as glorious as it sounds. its like carnival food.
like whiskey and weed are only barely taking an edge off.

and little man hasnt peed since we left the house. i dont know how much of that is just being busy, or new sense of control, or if hes dehydrated. he had several cups before we left at about 2:30 or so. i put him in a fresh diaper before we left. didnt change him at all while we were out. and gave him a cup when we got home. he drank it and crashed, but still dry. so now i get to fret about that too.

this kind of stress cant be healthy.
