i dont think a broken sternum falls into the "who started it" category. someone has lost fucking control. that can be a death blow.

anyway. we worked on the yard yesterday, together, so productive. we ordered a chicken coop, its not cheap, but its the cheapest pre-built one so i was like yeah. get it. that will be here next week. out here busting my butt... picked up dog shit, picked up deadfall apples, pulled weeds, put some stakes in around a baby apple tree so it doesnt get trampled.
not bad for a day that started with tequila.

and ive swapped my morning coffee for water. its tolerable, but i dont know if its making a difference to my health.

I had to cut back on coffee because of my blood pressure. But that didn't help, my heart was still raging (especially in traffic). The quack finally put me on BP meds and I'm feeling much better. I also cut back on my scotch habit. I just got a fruit picker basket to go after apples. It has 2 wooden poles and extends to the top of the apple trees. At the moment we're cutting and freezing the apples. When we get enough for a full batch, we're going to mash them and ferment them.

After that, I may distill it.

Had no idea there was a Journey video game. The Atari 2600 was my first system I had and the first game (other than that horrid Combat cartridge it came with) was Defender. I also had Adventure and...was Missile Command one? My favorite was Pitfall but it was made by Activision.

September 14th, 1974 KISS played the Victory Burlesque Theatre in Toronto, Ontario.
The opening band was Fludd in front of an enthusiastic sold-out crowd.

I've about broken my neck killing one or 2 wasps. HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU KILL A PILE?!? :openmouth:

Forget a yellow jacket...I'm screaming and running (briefly) like an athlete AS I get bitten...so, I guess I don't even need to know how to get one of them. smh

Maggie, our German Shepherd, used to do that. Bees drove her NUTS!!! I remember she would truly jump WAY up in the air, and would even turn a flip sometimes to get one....

and that is NOT funny about Atreyu, but dang if that didn't put a smile on my face. lol
