Whats your setup? I hope to have about a 10kw system built by the end of next year, buying some stock and building some bass bins and boxes with my dad. I would'nt have all that in my room though hahaha I like my walls intact should have about 3k in my room by christmas though

 

Haha 10k in an enclosed space would be insane, you'd probably literally get ruptured eardrums from the harmonic resonance

 

Yeah it wouldnt even sound good at all either...my system is gonig to be predominately bass aswell...going for plenty cheap 15" subs and building bass bins for them then getting two good quality 1k subs and the rest good quality mids, horns and supertweeters...im actually getting excited just thinking about it...now that I've got a job all my money is going towards this over the next year

 

Well, a mid and treble heavy system would just sound shit..

 

Yeah hahaha it would be really unsatisfying...Benga at electric picnic had no bass at all...load of shite..im hoping for at least 5k of bass

 

Ugh, a system without bass is just fugly and a huge bringdown.. I'd prefer for the treble to be completely inaudible than shitty bass

 

um whats a stoner basement without some tables? i mean beerpong/pingpong table, pool table, air hockey table. used to have a pool table in my old basement. shit was awsome!

also like someone said earlier you definitely need some lava lamps. you also will be needing some phatty tapestries and oldschool posters to cover the walls.

also get some transparent colored shit to put on the windows so it colors the light when it comes through, as well as some window stickers.

my friends all have massive music setups in their basements, if your into music at all. drum sets, guitars, soundboards... etc.

beanbag chairs, sofas, sound systems, big t.v.'s, gaming systems, computers, fans, dartboards...

and let's not forget that you will need an awsome bong.

this makes me want to deck out my apartment. i wish i had more money oh how many thousands of dollars i could piss away.
