I'm pretty sure there were several "slasher" movies that start this way... If not... there should be.
I had this weird moment yesterday, I was walking around and saw a few lizards scattering across the ground, one stopped and tilted it's head to acknowledge me momentarily but I digress... It made me reflect on childhood and wonder how in the world did I ever catch one of those things? Like it wasn't a hobby or anything but I recall catching a couple lizards as a kid, which seems like it would be an impossible task now. I considered everything from being closer to the ground, to something in the way that lizards perceive movement. Maybe it was sheer childhood disinhibition.
I just realised that when I picture it tilting its head to acknowledge you, i am actually picturing it tipping its hat. a tiny bowler hat.
I like how the robins grab the big worms from my yard. They hunt them well there. because the grass is low.. They took all my straw and built condos too..
robins are smart. i remember watching a blackbird who kept rushing in and stealing the worm.. and eventually the robin PRETENDED to find a worm. The blackbird rushed in and just looked confused. No worm.
We have blue jays and mocking birds as well as sparrows and starlings, doves, seagulls, crows, & some other bird that I don't know the name of. It looks like a fatter starling with a yellow beak. Lol. I like the blue jays and mocking birds though. Our state bird is a mocking bird.
While it would be fun, the intricate and numerous neurons in my frontal lobe are pooling together to suggest they couldn't suffer the embarrassment of being ousted and rendered useless by such a creature.
cute little things, pauses so you know that thing where you open your mouth to say something and then just don't say anything. I guess online that would be just a , on it's own. Space, comma.
