Thats not really the way I see it. Straight guys get it all the time, constantly bombarded with stuff telling them they are pervs, pigs etc. You constantly made to feel ashamed for just looking or even often just talking to a girl. Maybe it doesnt seem about orientation to you cos its the large majority, but the girls dont do it around gay guys

As for Straight girls, Well the word c*nt is the nastiest derogatory term of them all, then there's bitches, hoes, whores, sluts - really nasty ones

Yeah, but girls say it in a different way, usually in a way that has nothing to do with us, usually when their boyfriends are doing something not terribly masculine

Uhmm, isn't that exactly what the OP said was one of the derogatory connotations to the word "gay"?

VG, dazzling us with his razor sharp mind once again.

Straight talking could disarm the whole thing. The idea that straight is a derogatory term is gay.

So does that mean the idea that gay is a derogatory term is straight? I'm just curious?

P.S. Call me crazy, but I sorta like VG. At least he's honest. And that's a very rare thing in this crazy little world. :juggle:

That's true, though I wouldn't compare it to the ill treatment of black people and homosexuals.

People treat you or look at you like you're some pig or wild animal just for checking out some chicks tits or ass. I wonder how those people think our species survived. It sure wasn't sweet talking and swooning that got us this far. More like, "hey, you're hot," "you too," "wanna screw?" "Alright."

The thing I noticed though is that chicks check out other women much more then men do. I see women numerous times a day checking out another chick's body. Perhaps for different reasons but the intent is irrelevant in my opinion.

You're a real straight shooter, especially on crooked issues and warped points of view.

Unfortunately some might not know you're joking and will get bent out of shape.

Its not the same thing though when It comes from girls.

Sitting around having lunch with the girls, one of the hubbys tags along, orders a salad, the wife turns to him "You're ordering a salad?.....maybe after lunch then <VGs real name> can take you to get your nails done"...the other girls have a giggle, wife turns to me gives me a wink or a smile.

You cant really take that stuff seriously, especially once you learn they do that stuff moreso when they are frustrated, just gets translated to "Man up and order a Steak, you've got some pounding to do later on tonight"

Its all relative though. Gay and Male, most of the crap is in your teenage years. So protecting gay teens or preteens, trying to work out what to do with gay teen suicide, yeah sure fight the good fight. But past 21 once every one else settles down, relative to everyone else its like err yeah, whatever

And I really hate "Gay is the new Black", thats bullshit, it aint even close, marginalised due to the colour of your skin is life long. Even as a campy effeminate white guy, in this country anyway, you are more likely to get promoted than your non-white counterparts especially in some industries.

And thats relative too, in my industry, I would never hire a Straight guy for a site where all the clientele are young girls. But if I owned a pub I wouldnt hire a campy gay guy to be a bouncer

Girls are definately more obsessed with each others boobs than the guys actually are.

But then again the real pretty flat chested girls have the worst gaydar, cos every guy stares at their face, so they cant tell the difference between those that look at her face "Oh look at her face or hair, she's so pretty" and the ones that are going to stare at her tits "Oh, check out the rack on her!"

The way around that is to look all women in the face, if given the opportunity one can stare at their tits later, at a better time.

On the other hand however, some women want a guy who stares at her tits rather than her face. The guys who look her in the face are the "nice guys." Gay and straight alike, we all know what happens to the nice guys...

How so? It's a positive statement. Gay (sadly) is now used as a negative word.
