yep. And not the best I'd heard either. they really dumped it out on Good Times Around the Bend. the photos of all the freaks projected on the screens was a nice touch.
so the "Good times"...........not so good? it was a pretty good choice to end the run with however. what suprised me is they came back out with Texas. lyrically its not a very meaningful song. atleast to me it isnt. maybe they enjoyed the jam to Texas more than any other. but if thats the case why wouldnt they tear it up? why wasnt it the best Texas ever? the whole thing is really bothering me. I guess I should just stop thinking about it and move on with my life. One thing I would really like to know. Drumminmama maybe you know the answer to this. Now that Cheese is no more (atleast for the moment) who will their lights/visuals guy(s) be working for now if anybody? What are their names by the way? they deserve more credit. I must know. where can I find out?
huh.. I hadn't thought that I haven't talked to a light engineer since Steve... I'll ask around. I'd guess they are back to hustling jobs like all light and sound folks. I'll ask Travis in early Sept. Good times was on they dumped all they had into it. Texas is special to the oldtimers. It did show they KNOW their roots.
