hahaa: Finally, there is the white person who takes a year off to volunteer at home or abroad. Though they are equally likely to write long emails about their experience, these people are often using the experience as an excellent resume pad for their application to law school. This way they are able to put off real life without the crippling derailment of a career or education.
hahah, this one is similar in greatness; Every white person takes at least one trip to Europe between the ages of 17-29. During this time they are likely to wear a back pack, stay at a hostel, meet someone from Ireland/Sweden/Italy with whom they have a memorable experience, get drunk, see some old churches and ride a train. What’s amazing is that all white people have pretty much the same experience, but all of them believe theirs to be the first of its kind. So much so that they return to North America with ideas of writing novels and screenplays about their experience.
See that one doesn't really make sense because, get this, we have white people in Europe!! Yes, it's true! [I probably need to be white to fully appreciate these].
i think they're pretty much entirely making fun of white americans. evidenced by the fact that mojo could, in fact, get away with wearing a tacky shirt because white americans LOVE ACCENTS and anyone from europe.
I got a weird-ass sense of style anyway. I'm counting on the eurotrash flirting when I hit the hotspots of LA.
well, this stuffpeoplelike.com is really taking the white American people approach to the world. so consider yourself spared...just a bit. what are you then? whats your mix? edit; never mind. this has been addressed.
its a shitty compilation. many of the songs are good, but most are extremely tiresome, overplayed and rather annoying after hearing them over and over again for so many years. not to mention that being a compilation, the songs are often different enough from each other that they don't transition very well. i'd just rather listen to an actual album - all the songs on legend are on albums which have plenty of great songs that ARENT on compilations. then again, i pretty much hate compilation albums anyway. i dont see any reason to not listen to an artist's albums. why bother with "best of" or "greatest hits"?
I would agree. But "Legend" stands out. I'm probably just biased because that was the first Bobby album I've ever heard when I was like...2
i don't plan on reading this whole thread... just going to mention, compilation albums made more sense back when you actually had to pay for every album you wanted.
There isn't a single bad Bobby song and picking something out would be impossible for me. Your taste in life sucks though...
while i dont dislike the song, "no woman no cry" really doesnt do it for me. still a good song, well written, everything, just not my cup of tea.
