w/e you want to think then, heywood floyd. you dont know where im coming from in my reply, or what i essentially meant by it. i would not expect you to, this is the internet and if you do not wish to embrace what meaning i may of had, im not going to make you. ignorance dances in the field of void, its quite a happy dance indeed.
Sounds like some shaky back peddling, perhaps if you practiced writing a little bit better you wouldn't have so much of a problem? or perhaps it is your low expectations of others that leads to the communication problem? personally it looks like you said something you didn't really mean and when some one called you on it you need an excuse but what ever i don't care.
Oh i dont have a problems with you calling him on being a pig, it is just statements like this one that seem to me to be arrogant.
hey now...i'm an american teen. i like to think i'm capable of doing things without parental supervision.
Incorrect, if my info is anything to go by, which it is. If my time watching 'The Osbournes' is anything to go by AND IT IS american teen girls don't appreciate what they have and run amok. Seriously though my point was that teenagers of both genders can't be relied on to be responsible, i can imagine there are many exceptions such as yourself.
i just think the whole age factor of the debates on here is kinda pointless. i know 30 year olds who have the maturity of children, and 7 year olds who are more mature than most adults. older people do typically have more life experience, which generally influences maturity, but these factors aren't mutually exclusive. i'm only 16 and my life experiences can't compare to someone, say, 15 years older. i do, however, like to think of myself as being sufficiently mature to function on the same level as an adult.
well thats shitty. you always rely on television to advise you on your perceptions? you have to get to know american teens to have a legitimate opinion on them. im an american teenage girl myself, and even i do not submit to those kind of broad generalizing stereotypes, muchless those formed on a television show.. meaning, i do not pretend to know what american girls are all about. because that is the thing, its all stereotypes, id like to think i appreciate what i have. i dont know, its complicated thats for sure. but w/e, it doesnt harm me. think what you want.
You're not serious are you? Honestly so long as some one isn't lying they're giving you a 'legitimate opinion'. I never claimed to be the expert, my mentioning my experiances being based on t.v. was what you would call "tongue in cheek" it was another way of saying i don't have any experiances with American teens. Ha! as if i wouldn't without your permission! really it is patronizing, not that i am offended but thats how it comes across.
I agree, if some one sais something stupid it may or may not be an age issue, even if it is, the argument should be around the statements made not around who is older... which is really very immature.
Whatever give me a reply in five years when you know what it is like to be 21 and maybe then i could agree with you agreeing with me... for now i am going to have to disagree with you agreeing with me.
my statements were never around his age to begin with, i only mentioned that to make a humorous point which he took the wrong way.
...i...what? god damn xac i think you're just having fun confusing the hell out of me today aren't you?
Fun confusing you yes, i feel a little guilty though, almost as if i had lied to you, i'd hate to lie to you Faerie.
well as long as you're having fun. i dont take it personally and think i can find it in my heart to forgive you.
