If he really paid a sixteen year old girl for sex? That also speaks plenty about the sixteen year old girl, from the sounds of things at first, they made it out to seem like Jared was into little children, while that does make Jared sort of sleazy, it hardly would make him a baby raper. But the law is the law regardless, which means there's always a chance of getting caught and punished for breaking it.

 

I just had a crazy thought. So I don't think anybody framed Fogle, I think he did what he did. However, there are people who had an incentive to see Fogle crash and burn, namely Subway's competitors.

So just like someone can smear a political candidate by digging up dirt on them and anyone connected to them, you could also smear a company by digging up dirt on the people who are connected to a company.

It may not be the case the a competitor is actually responsible for this info coming to light, but my guess is that subway may have taken a hit from this, and it's competitors may have gained.

 

16 is legal age in some states.. They are an adult like they are 18.. its no difference unless they the person choosing to fuck the 16yr old is from another state where the adult age is 18.... then you are fucked. just saying..

Aug 19 (Reuters) - Former Subway sandwich chain pitchman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to charges of possessing child pornography, Indianapolis TV station Fox59 reported on Tuesday.

Fogle will accept a plea deal, the station reported, citing unidentified sources. The U.S. Attorney's Office will hold a news conference on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle, the station said.

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Indianapolis declined to comment and Fogle's attorney could not immediately be reached. A spokeswoman for the FBI in Indianapolis also declined to comment.
It is possible that a case could be sealed and not available publicly on electronic court records.
