suggested forum name change

this forum was created to get all the stupid "i'm stoned" threads out of the main page. Thus the name... I mean, the whole point of the forum is to have threads like ""lyke soOOoooOOOOooo complty stonedr!!!1!!!!11!" I say leave it.

being stoned itself some may say is pointless, and they may have a point
