super stalker.. advice desperately needed

shesalready gotten a new identity just hasnt startedd using it till shes able to move.. so we'll keep that in mind, but i think for his crimes were looking at a longer sentence, or possible commitment
we're talking 17 years of stalking, constant hacking, & destruction of property.. not to mention january was just made stalker awareness month, so theres alot of pressure for real results..and i think statisticly something like 28% of stalkers end up killing theyre victims..soo i highly doubt it will be just a slap on the wrist
but if that is the case, we've already got plans to disapear..but i think she would have dozens of charges against him..ofcourse though he definatly can afford bail so theres the chance of further problems, but i do have hope that we can put an end to it once & for all
but if it comes to it, disapearrings definately not a problem
we wanna go live in the woods anyways

well, i may post that stuff at some point, but not just yet
but trust me, if it came down to playing hard ball, i had all sorts of plans to make his life hell like he made hers
including spreading his info all over the web.. but if the legal actions actualy work this time..& it seems they will.. then i'd rather just let it drop
i especialuy dont wanna do anything now that might jeapordize any kind of fbi investigation
