It is a really weird feeling when you cannot sleep and have been awake for over 2 days. Kind of like your going crazy but you don't know if you are there yet. You wish it would stop but it doesn't.

Losing the steering on your car completely while driving. This happened to me once on the highway and I managed to get it over to the berm without any steering and without damaging anything. Creepy feeling. I could spin the steering wheel like a pinwheel. .
