I take a multi whole food vitamin. an iron pill and a vitamin C/B pill. I also try to eat raw chocolate everyday for the magniseum
just some whey protein...so i can increase my protein intake. thats it...i could use some fish oil, but that is it....nothing else. i get enough of everything from the food i eat i don't think peopel should take much supplements either...you should get most of the vitamins and minerals from food...IMO

I don't take any supplements. I did at one stage take ginseng but failed to see the benefits so I stopped.
I don't have the discipline to pop the thing in my mouth regularly. Much less to read the information on the label.
