Supreme Court to Obama: Respond about Birth Certificate by Dec 1st. Thank God

The link provided by mariecstasy in entry #30 of this thread at www.snopes.com seems to me sufficient with regard to Obama having a valid birth certificate. I think we have here a member of the lunatic right (possibly from the American Independent Party) coming up with cracker conspiracy theories. Nothing to get excited about. This is a free speech forum, after all. Why don't you just fire on Fort Sumter?

Do a Google of "snopes wrong" or "snopes mistakes"

and prepare to be surprised.

 

Can Snopes be wrong - of course - any source can be wrong. Is Snopes a useful tool - very much so - especially with people make outrageous claims that are supported by questionable sources - usually sources with an reactionary agenda. This claim about Obama is outrageous on it's face and certainly Snopes is correct. Do you honestly think that the likes of Hannady & Limbaugh would let this get by with only tirades. Of course not. The Heritage Foundation would have this in court before you could blink and eye. People are so gullable when it is something they want to believe.

I don't know this for a fact, but I suggest that the state of Hawaii supresses birth certificate numbers released to the Internet, to prevent various people from falsifying documents. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Even if it didn't say "invalid" and even if it didn't have the number marked out, it would probably still be invalid, no matter how real and legit it actually is. In my own state, and probably most others, any copy in any form- digital, photocopied, is invalid. Only a paper document with the legal seal stamped into the paper in 3D is usable for any purpose.

The fact that there's no dispute about the fact that Obama was born a legal US citizen doesn't mean that righties won't find an excuse to whimper and cry about the scary black man that" gon' git dem whi' wiminz."

there is PLENTY of dispute about this.

i figure he's going to hold out until someone finally just breaks into the records, and THEN he'll claim that they are the one's that forged up the documents.

He's proven himself to be a con artist, cheater, and crook,

Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits !!

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also.... I wasn't clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook filed a request last week in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector with the intent to stall and eventually prevent an upcoming deployment to Afghanistan.

In the 20-page document (document can be read in the scribd link above)— filed July 8 with the United States District Court, Middle District of Georgia — Cook's California-based attorney, Orly Taitz, asks the court to consider granting his client's request based upon Cook's belief that President Barrack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of U.S Armed Forces.


Cook further states he "would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command, and that Plaintiff would thus be simultaneously unable to perform his duties in good Rule 65(b) Application for Temporary Restraining Order 22 conscience and yet be simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties."
