Ok, I'll take one tomorrow. Mama I really wish you could see what I added or I wish it were going back to you. haha. Maybe I'll text you a picture if I remember tomorrow.
BTW, its weird that it has my phone number on the envelope. That was my parents phone number since 1969. It was my phone number a few years ago but now its my sisters phone number. We refuse to let the number go so we keep passing it around the family like an heirloom. haha.
Nope. Not the same number unless my sister has been texting you. That hasn't been my phone number since about 2011. I'm not exactly sure that they will let me ship the original envelope overseas with all the stickers and stuff on it so I might put that envelope inside another envelope. I'll see what they say at the post office.
Yeah, that's super weird. When I had that number it was a landline. Not even a number I could text from. Oh well. Just warning you...that's not my number although it would be funny if you texted my sister......
This thread has Mama's butt and my boobs. What more could anybody ask for? hahaha. Came with a Wyoming shot glass. I also took the price is right button with the journal! I have sent the package to Fairlight. They said it would take 7-10 days to get there. I had to put it in a different envelope but everything is still in the original envelope inside the one I shipped it in. Watch for it Fairlight. It's coming in a pretty pink envelope with cherry blossoms on it
^ :dizzy2: I just went on the Royal Mail website and found out it would cost a min' of: £67.09 (equals $111.68) for me to send a tracked [£43.60 not tracked] parcel to the U.S. And approx £0.88 (equals $1.47) to send a letter. Anybody want to swap a, erm...letter?
I didn't pay for tracking because it would have been $54 to have it tracked verses $24 to just ship it normally. I figured the items in there probably don't total $54 so I wasn't about to spend that much just to have a number to track it. I've never had any problem shipping to England before so I took my chances. If it gets lost for some reason I'll start a new swap box but I don't think there will be a problem.
Couldn't the shirt be folded into a larger envelope and then shipped by weight rather than a flat parcel rate?
That would best be left a suprise (just like this whole shirt idea in general should have been imo!) :2thumbsup:
Thanks! It came from some badass roller derby chick in Wyoming! There is a lot of stuff in the package. It's already shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. It weighs a little over 2 pounds.
