    well there are quite a few diferent kinds of inks to use. there are even vegan tattoo inks. there are so many different ways to make inks these days that they can really make the glow in the dark stuff with non harmful ingrediants...they even make inks with glitters in them. they arent common at all yet but they do exist. it all depends on what the ink has in them. i personally havent had any tatts put on me with the gow in the dark or glittered inks but reputable artists will not do anything to compromise their liscence and they arent illegal in america at least...just giving ya the facts i am very aware of:)

    alright. like i said. i was just repeating what the guys said to me. but then again i'm in canada and your in the states so that might have something to do with it. either way i'm not getting a glow tatty so it's not really worth arguing over. lol
