This is my bfs familys dog, he lives upstairs with them.. he's half Sheltie and half American Snow Dog. anyways long story short.. he got together with my neighbours dog which is a Shih Tzu. they live like 3 houses down.. and then they made puppies. twice. lol i didnt get to have any from the first litter, but i got one from the second litter. this is precious. i got her on thanks giving last month. she's super sweet. but one of her eyes are bad. apparently she might have opened her eyes too early, and maybe it got scratched.. and so it got infected. she she cant see in that eye. but its cool, we're treating it.
Well my newest little addition is Piccolo I took him home about a fortnight or so ago from a friends place after she'd rescued him and about four others from a site she'd been working on. He is a complete mommy's boy, very spoilt (he has a spot on my pillow because I cant keep him off the bed), and so far everyone (but my older cat Lepke) seem's to like playing with him. I admire his colors and little markings. Most of him is stripey but I love his pudgy little spotted tummy too, it's just too cute. It's just great watching him learn new things and grow and explore.
I have one dog, like 10 years old... she started a cataract about 2 years ago, couldnt afford a surgery so now shes blind...=/ dont talk to her much but still care for her
I dont have any pets...but I always have treats around for when my nieces bring their doggie over and I have new neighbors that have a really nice dog that looks like the one Imaginary has ..I give him treats too.
I have a doggie, Anubis 'Noobie' ( or n00b , if you are really nerdy) is coming up on double digits, but we try not to talk about her aging, or her weight, she is sensitive. - The kid tortures her
I'm currently petless and I hate it About 6 months ago we used to have 2 cats. One called Nutmeg who we had from a kitten, beautiful tortoise shell coat. She was basically mine, although she loved cuddles from anything that breathed we were mostly inseparable. Unfortunately we lived in a shitty area, and some dumbfuck decided to kick her(that's what the vet said, her eye had been punctured and the bone around the socket had been fractured - the damage was too localised to be from a car) - so that got removed. Amazingly the little fluffy tart never lost any of her personality and still loved anyone, she was probably the most trusting cat I'd ever known. Then she went missing... Our other cat was called Tia, she was a bengal with the most amazing leopard-type pelt. She was a breeding cat that we adopted for free because apparently she was pretty shit at breeding. We don't think she was treated too well because she was incredibly timid when we got her, and it took us about 2 years to get her to settle down. Once she did, she got settled with Nutmeg aswell and they were the best of friends We had to get rid of her though because she kept pissing in our neighbours B&B and terrorising his cats, and the twat threatened to shoot her. After a few months of constant battles with him we decided it wasn't worth it if he actually followed through so we said goodbye to her In my opinion, home isn't home unless you've got a purring ball of fluff lying at the end of your bed to greet you in the mornings... It just feels empty. Hate not having a cat.
I cannot describe the feeling of rage I get when I think about a person being abusive to a cat. I'm not a violent person, but if anyone allowed me to catch them abusing a cat I wouldn't have the self control to keep myself from doing anything in my power to make them pay back whatever pain they had caused to that innocent creature. I'd probably get myself hurt in the process, but I wouldn't have any other choice.
I'm 300% with you on that, although not limited to cats.. I get pissed off when people freak out and squish spiders and other insects. Not only are they fuckin' cool, but the squashee is respiring(or was..) just the same as the squasher - just cos we're bigger or have a better ability to kill shit doesn't give us the right to. Nah, he's my bitch.
Yeah it's not limited to cats it's just multiplied with cats. I'm a very passionate cat lover. A guy I work with killed a little mouse that was running around a couple weeks ago and it really got to me. I wasn't mad at him for it because they told us to kill any mice (i work in a restaurant, so they're trying to get rid of the mouse problem). It really upset me though.
I at the present time have 6 Dachshunds and 1 visiting. Their names are Lace, Shiraz, Merlot, Chianti, Pistachio and Pinot. The guest is Bella. My Sharpei, Ping, recently passed away from old age and he is dearly missed. Not quite the same without him snoring away. I also have three Sharpei who are visiting who are named Peanut, Tootsie and Serena. Serena has graced us with 6 puppies who are now 6 weeks old and will be getting their shots tomorrow and soon be leaving for their forever homes. We also have a budgie that is named Buttercup who talks. So she chatters away all day. Life is busy.
I don't have a pet but I always wanted an austrialian cattle dog. I just thought the were cool looking from thhe road warrior 2. Anyways out of general characteristics that I heard they have I'd think one would ideal for me. But I don't get a dog cause my family is allergic.
