he he he I'm really bake-caked again.

 

I was not there last year, had to work, but I was there likke 2002-2006 I think? But every year I was there the cops are fine unless you are being an idiot and smoking in front of them. One year, 2005 or 6 I think, it rained so we were all in this really really tiny tent that was literally surrounded by police but so many people were smoking that police couldn't do much. None of the people I've ever gone with or myself have gotten in any trouble with the police, but maybe things were different last year? Just stay in a big crowd and the police will pretty much leave you be.

 

word, I'm excited it seems like its gonna be rad, I hope the weathers good.

 

The rainy year was actually one of my favorites, everyone in the tents were all smushed together and cuddly and friendly and kind. And the turn out was poor, but the people that actually showed up that year were true advocates more than just people that wanted to smoke in the park, so good weather, bad weather, it's going to be a good time.

 

Oh snap its in Boston Common! I'm totally gonna get dinner at Fajitas and Ritas afterwards to kill the munchies lol. I REALLY hope my buddy doesnt have to sail. I'm def gonna make it out there sometime in september but I want it to be for something really fun to do.

The only other semi-exciting thing in Boston in September is Greenfest, but that's just an energy fair thingy haha, I find that exciting but I'm sure that won't make your trip worth it to learn how to make good compost! And all September concerts kind of suck, nothing good (and by good music, I mean what I enjoy) is coming until Octoberish

 

AND this year is suppppperrrrrr important in MA seeing as we are up for decriminalization in November, YES ON QUESTION 2!!!

honestly just fajitas and ritas makes the trip worth it for me lol, I'm a simple minded individual ha ha. But I would check out that greenfest too, I like learning cool and creative ways to be kinder to the environment.

 

I have never been or even heard of Fajitas and Ritas, you recommend it highly? I should probably check it out seeing as I am a big fan of a good fajita.

Yeah its on West street, basically its a place full of 18-28 yr olds with crazy mural type drawings on the walls a big bar and such. They give you a menu and you check off all the stuff you want, and give it back to the waiter/waitress. Also the table cloth is a giant sheet of paper that you can totally draw on. Plus they have several flavors of margaritas and they come in pitchers.
