No, I haven't. Sounds pretty good though.

I'm a Scotch girl myself, but one of my favourites is a whisky liqueur - lovely!

Irish whiskey... whatever next

 

I visited my great aunt this morning. I found out that my family, and name, is from Lanarkshire Scotland. I always thought my family was half Scottish and half Irish. Apparently only a few of the women on my dad's mother's side were Irish. Someone once told me that the name is English but apparently it is most certainly not. It is (or maybe was) the name of a certain area over there.

Lanarkshire seems pretty nice, never been there though.

It's strange when you find out that what you thought you knew about your family, isn't quite so.

It is. There were a lot of conflicting stories. That's why I was glad to visit my great aunt. She knows everything about all that.

I can't mix whiskey with water, it gags me. I like it straight. That looks good though.
