I know exactly what you're talking about! Me and my friends call it acid eyes. Whenever we trip we can remember who's on acid that night by looking at their eyes. Or if someone comes over and we didn't know they dropped the night before, the moment you see their eyes you can tell. One time we were at a concert and we all noticed (we had been separated in the crowd so we weren't even together) a boy in the mosh pit with acid eyes. We later found him again and he told us he really was on acid too.

Is it the "twinkle in the eye" or the tie die shirt that gives it away :p

I relate to what you are saying as wave lengths or vibrations. Water seeks its own level.

Interesting topic. Definitely catch the twinkle in certain folks, especially at music events. My favourite example was a show at the Royal Albert Hall where it was predominantly full of families and 'normal' folk. My pal and I were peaking after coming up on 3 strong tabs at the Science and Natural History museums. Dispersed through the crowd were small groups definitely in the same state on mind and we'd give each other an all-knowing nod as we walked past.

Slightly off topic but maybe fitting for this thread...I had a session of tantric therapy. This was a mixture of the mindfulness work and body work. So the first half of the session the tutor who was a lady in her early 40s, was teaching me breathing techniques.

One of these involved us sitting facing each other about a metre apart. We were to state into each others eyes whilst copying breathe patterns.

So about a minute or two I started having this crazy experience. The tutor's face started morphing and she gradually became, what I interpreted to be her in her late teens, early 20s. The air around her starting going all wavey, almost like how it goes hazey whilst on acid. I was in such disbelief that I pulled my eyes away and everything crashed back to 'normality'.

The 'trip' must have only lasted for about 20-30 seconds and I wish I's stayed in it to see what would happen next but it definitely opened my mind up even more to what's possible even when sober.

Anybody experience anything remotely similar whilst sober?
