I spell theatre the way they do. It drives nesta insane!

Spell check, like with Foxfire, is kinda awful, yes, it's nice to know you're not fucking up typing things, but at the same time it's make me lazy when it comes to spelling things correctly, when I use a computer that doesn't have it... well.. I come out sounding like a retard.

 

American English is more highly evolved and therefore better than British English

You guys can't even pronounce "r" properly

so do I. though I am trying to wean away from it. I grew up reading so much British Literature that I spelled a lot of words the English way, caught a LOT of shit for it in school, but I didn't know any better. My mom's family is English and Irish and very traditional.
