He's trying to be the Hispanic Dave Chappell, especially since Dave flipped a bitch and quit. He's not very funny, he tries entirely too hard, and most of his shit is boring and unorigional... as for the race thing, who gives a shit? some comedians can do race in a very satirical, and in some ways, enlightening manner (Lenny Bruce, Chris Rock, and George Carlin leep to mind), however, Mencia is not one of them.
