I wouldn't worry FEMA has a history of being slow and incompetent. I think you are ok for a while.

the lake was cool...I chickened out on the complete swim and opted for a wade and splash instead........

 

i like to sit in a pfd and just float around

to go deep ill wear it the right way but either way i dont usually like to get my head wet unless its really really hot out
