Game of thrones is right up my alley and i couldnt get past the first 15 minutes. You would think they would start with something good to grab the audience right away. They failed at that.

I have (more) stuff to do today...and we'll just see if I get any of it done.

Watching the news early this morning, and all they could initially talk about was Trump. mercysakes...I don't see why he continues to get publicity and acceptance.

I thought to start with that SURELY he was such a joke that he wouldnt be taken seriously. I cannot fathom the awful state of affairs if he is not stopped.

 

CNN cancelled their Hurricane Katrina 10th anniversary special last night so they could talk about Trump more! I think they've started loving him because he hates on Fox.

 

and if there was another single GOP wanna be candidate, they would tar and feather him for the way he treated and talked about Meagyn Fox - sp? and the Latino reporter he had kicked out of his news conference recently

Now all he gets is more publicity.

I was pissed about CNN's Katrina thing.

 

i'm a bit numb after watching cnn about that poor reporter and her cameraman....now it turns out her bf was in the control room watching...I cannot imagine .....

 

I can't believe they are thinking about giving those workers $15.00 an hour! They can't ever get a fucking order right! Even order a simple cheese burger without onions, and still get fucking onions! Order a crispy chicken and get grilled chicken! Micky D's sucks dog shit!

 

Cameraman's GF was in the room, reporter and evening anchor had recently moved in together. Everybody at channel 7 must be in shock. Roanoke is not a dangerous city, and these people were at Smith Mountain Lake, for god's sake. Unbelievable.

 

you are familiar with the area?....they hinted it was a former employee and they are chasing him now?

 

I know the town somewhat. I know where the lake is, but I haven't been to it.

I'm something like two hours to the south.

 

i grew up in roanoke. well, rural-ish roanoke. im not familiar with that location though, we moved when i was 10.

 

Used to be a reporter until two years ago, had a long history of not being able to get along with others, liked to accuse everybody of racism all the time, etc. He shot himself when confronted by the police. Still alive, last I heard.
