I love the colors and design on that cover.

BUT, I read all the books of Lord of the Rings (which I like to refer to as Bored of the Rings), and I'm probably one of the only people you'll ever know that wasn't just thrilled and impressed beyond belief with that series.

I will say that for those books to be written back when they were written, now that was a very forward thinking, impressive feat.

I was much more impressed with H.G. Wells, back in the day.

probably,, but Ive a new computer,, my other died.. so ive no choice to get the update. not resolved all the issues. internet /wifi seems to be working now. for how long,, idk..

I'm not sure if I am (we are) not supposed to talk about what I'm dying to say here...but I won't dwell on it...I just gotta say it...

I don't know if anybody else here has been watching "Zoo", about animals going nuts, for no reason we know of yet...except they have certain ideas about it.

Anyway, this week a couple of towns away there was a sad and what I feel like is a very bizarre thing to happen about a family's pet pit...they had had this animal for 9 yrs. All of a sudden this previously great dog attacked and killed his 25 yr old owner. Her mother and a sister were also injured (trying to stop the attack, I guess) but they will be alright.

That is just so sad, and really strange - to me, ayway.

I know and even understand why dogs sometimes attack young children because neither the dog nor the child realizes what's up...the child is at eye-level and often pulling and aggravating the animal. I know, I know...people think you should have the animal sufficiently trained to just handle all that; but, sometimes bad things happen when you least expect it, especially with a child.

ok, I won't talk about this anymore...I'm not sure if I'm crossing a line but if its ok I'd be really interested in hearing what anybody else thinks about this.


edit: I keep thinking about life imitating art (tv).

You know what sucks?
When you're reluctant to talk to someone because you think they don't like you, but you respect 'em enough to follow and stalk and read blah blah. They really don't know you like them though. And then you end up in a argument with them over something small that you really don't care about anyway.
And then you're all Hmpf. -.-

 

My mp3 player is dead and im using the charger for my phone. So i go to my locker hoping that i have a spare charger there. I drop something as i am rummaging through all the shit in there. I go to pick it up and see that it is my old zen mp3 player that has been missing for over 4 months. Still had a charge on it too. So i didnt have to find the charger anymore i just listened to the zen instead. Today was a good day.

 

But... Was your new music on the 4th old?
I keep all my old phones as MP3 players and I'll always find one but it doesn't have what I want on it. Pisses me off.
