roses ... i hate roses. yesterday while pruning my laurel hedges i treaded on a chunk of rose trunk full of thorns hiding under the leaves. twice. definitely all my bad ! (lol). roses are wicked because their triangular thorns split the tissue and often leave the point inside and being so tiny it is hard to spot. so if ya'all people do gardening barefoot remember to clear all the rose branches from your yard. cactus thorns are rigid, clean and easy to pull out, bramble ones too, but those damned roses are a drag. beware of roses !
