I don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but I wanna watch The Matrix while I'm tripping. It would probably be perfect for a 2ce trip, because of the electric-feel of 2ce.

I love how the Wachowski brothers wrote the Matrix, it's fascinating. How everything is like a computer program, and there's shit like anomalies from older editions of the matrix (in the second one with the Marovigian and those white ghost fuckers), an architect for the matrix, everything, I fucking love it. Watch it trippin and it will make ten times more sense.

I think A Scanner Darkly would be trippy while watchin.. its has to do with drugs so I would classify it as psychadelic

I can definitely see that. The whole plot totally feeds into the psychedelic ideals of non-conformity and free-thinking.

That reminds me... Speed Racer. I love that movie. It's so subtlely deep and beautiful and made for tripping.

In case no one mentioned it. Pink Floyd The Wall. I was too lazy to check and see if anyone else said it. Pi would be good to watch while tripping too, and What The Bleep Do We Know. pretty interesting stuff.

watched that in high school once.

so incredible when he is in the paint land and everything is smearing. :D

i remember it being really emotionally heavy too

oh i didn't go through every page, but i'll throw a couple good ones.

    Wizards, or anything Ralph Bakshi

i love surreal westernsEl Topo, also the Good the Bad and the Ugly (whole fistful trilogy actually, great cinematography and SCORE)

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory - absolutely hahaha visual candy

I saw the Chronicles of Narnia in theatres and frying and was really stoked on it :) but i dunno about that one

the Wonderland Experience, kinda cheesy but i really like it
, its for free on the internet

***oh nesta, if you enjoy koyanisqatsi check out the newest one Nao----- i can't spell those titles and don't feel like looking them up :D. but it takes things into the digital world. those films are incredible works of art.

Yeah man, it's an amazing movie, both visually and otherwise. The emotional intensity of the movie make me wanna trip to it....badly. It would be rough, but worth the ride.

"what dreams may come" is what this thread is about. it's not just good to watch while tripping. it is surreal and reminiscent of a psychedelic trip or spirituality/religion. it depicts heaven and hell to give you a hint, but not to ruin anything

you can watch baraka on youtube

    somewhat based on Dante's Inferno

lol i was in the lame english class at LA public schools, and nobody would read, so my teacher finally gave up and had us watch What Dreams May Come because there is no Dante's Inferno film I guess.

sooo glad i got to see it.

haa yes this is now the "what dreams may come" thread
