Every morning I get up and eat the same thing, a boiled sweet potatoe and some broccolli. I usually eat a mango with my lunch (how I LOVE LOVE LOVE mangos) with some rye bread and soy milk. Supper is the only meal that really differs from night to night. I love maintaining a healthy diet, it balances out my not so healthy habits like regular alcohol/pot consumption, and I feel great so I guess it works.
