In general maybe. There will always be quality builders/carpenters etc. Of course they might ask for quality pay too

 

I would have to fly them in from some other state... Ain't none around here.

True... But I've also seen some DIY that wouldn't qualify as housing...

 

Hehe yeah for some people it is better to save up and hire someone... Or have a handy friend who lend a hand (or three )

My house needs about 10 handy men but I'm not in the mood to have my house over run by workers and my wallet definitely isn't into it ATM.

My family is also dealing with death as family member died last night... sucks... but she was not murdered, cancer got her... plane tickets are made and its off to San Francisco soon. It will be nice to see the beach soon again.

Guy i mentioned about the dynamite was charged with 5 counts of explosives. He took the police to another spot where 4 other full sticks were buried. Not everything still counted for, so who knows who has it.

The ATF still here i would imagine.. and they searched a girl friend's house last week. Sucks... but she around wrong people..
