Look he's got his mallard. A pig. But no. Two balls under toolbox.

This x20 every day whenever I'm playing pool in the garage.

He's absolutely devastated now. A blank face of defeat and anguish. I've moved the balls two times since that photo. It's back there again. Same spot as always.

He's punctured the pigs now so they don't make noises. We also have some sheep that do the same thing. It's really just like a hunting grunt whistle when you take them out. He doesn't really destroy his toys though. Few broken tennis balls but we get these rubber ones that bounce better and if they have a seam he'll split them but the usually last. He's quite affectionate with the soft toys. Mallard is an outdoor toy only though, same as these pigs. He's just dragged them into the garage hehe.

I wonder if there is a correlation between ''no children'' and buying toys for pets.....or.....''raised a few kids'' don't buy toys for the dog?

it does not even cross my mind to buy my bub a toy....I buy him bones when I can....no toys.....

I may buy him a kong Frisbee though

So, Im planning on a trip to Hawaii next year to meet up with my son. I will not be spending all that much time with him for the 4/5 days Ill be there, probably only spend one day with him. He lives on the Big Island. It does not have the sandy beaches like Honolulu. But its kinda cheaper to stay in Hilo than it is in Honolulu. Girlfriend and I together will run us close to 5K. But I think its worth it just to get out and have a real vacation get away..

I have no qualms spoiling my dog with toys. I had a chat to my daddy about it and he said back in his day when he had the dogs there were no toys. Just a ball, maybe a rope. Nowadays there's a lot of toys but you need to understand what the toys do, it keeps the dogs occupied and it also keeps them in a puppy mindframe. If I give my boy a new toy with a new taste, scent or sound he's learning at the same time, that not everything is the same. Different things so different things. It's fun watching a German Shepherd learn too, just visually watching them work it out for themselves is actually quite remarkable.

So yep, not a problem in the world I have with giving toys to dogs. Unfortunately people seem to think they're there for their own entertainment and enjoyment, but they need be entertained too. :) and a simple rubber Kong with some peanut butter inside is really no big deal. Beats them laying on the floor depressed and bored. :)

When I got out of work it was hot. not as humid tho.. I dont like it that much but i can get used to it. I stayed outside and did some work for a couple hours. come inside a couple times doing that to cool off.. got most the AC in the house just perfectly comfortable. then I get lazy under it and dont want to go outside.. little sleep crash early tonight.
