My daughter turned 30 in January and she's still alright.

 

Well secretly, because I refuse to post in the fitness thread any longer, I've been really working on my body in the evenings. Lots of crunches and push ups. So, at least I'm hitting 29 in the best shape of my life. I looked in the mirror earlier before a nap just before I finished more training and I look nice and slim, but the more I bopped around and singing and having fun, the more my muscles worked and in that mirror, I thought anyway, was a reflection of a young woman who had it all going for her.

Now I can eat away and not feel too guilty. >.>

My mom always reverses the numbers in her age if it suits her. The kids started to have me buy those number candles for her cakes and after she blew out the candles they would switch it back to her real age.

 

they should switch the numbers to show half her age.

I'm so absent minded, I forget how old I am...until I feel aches.

I forgot how old is was one time. Telling my friends I was the same age as jaromir jagr. ..I was off by almost 3 years. They don't follow hockey but knew I wasn't that old. Embarrassing.

cant find any info on it. i wonder if it was a slip by the switchboard guy, if they hacked into the feed, or what. but i know it was switched back to the blah blah blahs on stage pretty quick. i really wish this wasnt such a fucked up election. im sick of voting for the least-bad.

 

Ok .. this is a little strange..

Some of you most I suppose know I have a son, he is 26 now. getting married soon and blah blah blah..
There have been some thoughts that hes not my son, as the mother was with a husband at the time, however.
During one summer we got together when she was separated. He fathered one before my son.. We never bothered to get a blood test.. Ive always known, and dont think the woman would lie to me..

During the separation she was a gypsy moving here and there and with my son already 3yrs old and I know nothing about him. One evening she come over my place and told me of the kids. She was going to bring David over first. I was sleeping that day, I woke up with this little man sitting on my bed. I said "hi". He said "Im David whats your name?".. After seeing the movie A. I. years later. That David kid trips me out.

Following day she brings over my son John.. Was he a card. He seemed to be comical even at that very age. He had a strange voice almost like George Burns .. everything he said would make you laugh, he was adorable. partly deaf and blind in the right hes far over come this disability ..

My time spent with David and John was cut short by the death of their mother.. I agreed that the uncle should handle it.. Hes a businessman and has money, and loves both the boys dearly.

I was long disconnected with my son growing up. Only when he was 18 did I investigate his well being. And I wasnt surprised to learn he was doing very well. He works now in banking and real estate like his uncle. And I am very proud of him.

Ive speculated much about him actually being my son.. But thats the point of this post.

Thought I wasn't much influence to him over the age of 7yrs, really only spending 4yrs total time with him and his brother. His brother is completely different person now, judging by his facebook hes doing nothing other than being a contractor and drinking beers : just like his biological father and we know that for a fact.

Both the boy know they are fathered by different dads. And have always taken it for word.

Now the funny thing not being involved with John growing up in his teens and twenties . Cant tell where hes gotten his influences from. Though he into making money. He has an obsession with alternative energy, CO2 and Smog removal, rain forest preservation .. Ok he grew up in Hawaii and lives there. David choose to come back to Pittsburgh to be with his dad. I remember telling John to stay there never come back here its a terrible place to live ..

Our conversations over the years been short and sweet. He sounds like hes on a natural high when I do speak to him as I have recently the last months and have so in the past. But that's how it always been and I can tell by the tone in his voice hes happy to hear from me and he does offer me to come out there. I will in due time. I like to deer hunt and river fish , Hawaii sounds nice, but I like what my state offers me for entertainment. Ill visit but I dont want to live there.

Reading my sons facebook trips me out.

Swimming in the ocean hes making Jaws movie references. Going to need a bigger boat when he catches some small fish, and thats some bad hat harry with his girlfriends stupid hat. He wants to legalize cannabis. His girlfriend really liked John Mayer so now hes been introduced to the Grateful Dead. haha.. I had to lol when I was reading that. He really likes that .. Hes health conscious , lifts weights and eats well and excellent swimmer .. He posts topics about turning smog into diamonds .. being from Hawaii he dont post the daily gun killing or even have any idea what the fuck BLM is .. His brothers FB pages seem to follow games, movies and the daily news. But Davids FB is not active and hasnt been for at least a year. John takes the dog surfing and goes to restaurants, pictures of their night life and nothing could be more amazing to see but lava and the Hawaiian Telescopes .. My son dont live very far from there. The climate is cooler as you go down the mountain. Hawaii is bigger than most imagine it is..

Just very odd to me. Im feeling like maybe there is more to genetics and suggestion and lifestyle. Where you come from and live is highly influential.

What totally flung me today was a movie Ive been searching for. Sons girlfriend has grown a sunflower that has many flowers from one stalk .. My son said : Its The Day of the Triffids :.. Ive been searching my brain for this movie . Its an old classic that I remember from childhood. But Id forgotten the name. I could not remember and just recently with the passing of Bill Cardill a horror movie host in the 70s. I was thinking again what the name of that movie.. and boom my son posting this on the FB.. When I was little, my brother ran away when the movie come on late night.

Does a person really need to go on Maury who the daddy, to know for true? What if I found out he wasnt mine at all.. I know I can do the numbers and be like yeah thats totally possible. Cant be living a 26yr old lie .. Just look how he turned out without my influence at all. Its weird..
