I use cable ties for lots of things. They fix heaps. :) my clothesline is held together by them. The front bumper on my car, I drilled holes through and cable tied. My perimeter fencing when up was all cable tied together. My rabbit hutch and pens, all fixed with cable ties. :D and when one cable tie don't work, you put it into another cable tie. Then you have long cable ties. Handy for when your cable ties aren't long enough to fit over your wrists while your hands are behind your back. Wait WHAAA??

Reminded of a time when I was following a friend and got to a close light.. should I stop or go??? Decide to stop but my car said nah!!! We aren't gonna stop. Went through the light and luckily no cars jumped the light the other way. Pulled over after I blew the light and found it had no more breaks. After bringing it to a mechanic he told me the lines were rotted all under the car. And normally I don't trust mechanics but he showed me the rusted lines.

Had brake fade on a full size '69 Pontiac at over 100mph... Went right through that intersection at 90+. Nothing was going to stop that car... Luckily it didn't get stopped by T-boning someone entering the intersection. It would have blown that other car apart.

Spaceman not sure if you are still on or even if you can help. My car seems to have plenty of power. Even had a good samaratin use a jump box. But the key won't turn over. Everything seems to work fine except when I turn the key.

I got about 1 1/2 inches of rain today... I wasn't here at the time so I don't know if that happened over the course of a few hours or in 15 minutes.

We got about 10 drops of rain today. Princess and I sat outside and watched them all come down. Even she just sat there since those 10 drops weren't enough to be concerned about.

A friend just right up the road said it POURED at her house.

    smh

Yup. It just showed a "service theft deterrent system" when I put the key in this time.

A key like this? Not the kind that can be copied for $5.

Similar the metal part flips out when you press the button. There is a remote start button in addition to the ones on that key.

So in theory you are "locked out" even though you have the key...

That's why I put the quotes around "locked out".... The computer system has locked you out of starting your car.

Stupid anti theft bullshit. Yeah a thief can't start it but he can sure as he'll tow it. So what good does that crap do if someone is just.........fuck it. I am just passed off. I know they add all this shit on just so it's more likely to break so then they can get more customers into their service shop.
