When I started working at a grocery store there was a guy that never talked. We would all take break upstairs or in front of the courtesy counter. He would always take break in the back. I remember riding home with someone 3 months after I started. I said to him. "Dave finally talked to me." Theprodu guy said "what did he say?"
So I told him..."he said that doesn't go there' when I put the bleach in front of the ammonia".
Fast forward a year or so and some of the guys would bug him and say shit like "what are you too good for us?"
Well slowly he would talk more and more. After I was there for 4 years he was the most annoying person there because he wouldn't stop talking.

I'm a bit like that in new environments. If I don't know the people, especially people already in a close friendship circle then I feel pretty social anxious and shy. I'll sit on the outskirts. Watch. Listen. Observe. Only a fool will jump into that with their tongue flapping. Fools.

I've gotten a lot better know with pool though because I'm always playing new people, you just gotta break the uncomfort zone and get in there and say hello. realistically, I have as many friends now than I did in high school so that's saying something.

Aww Jeff came 13th and beat Chase 15th. He had a top ten car for sure too just wasn't good on restarts. He wasn't good when he raced full time on restarts so was magnified here. And even though he had that garbage #88 on the car, it was so bright and recognizable from the Axalta logo on the hood.

Mowed the entryway treed lawn, which is one of the only areas I actually have grass growing. Fuck the heat! It's only 89 degrees in the shade out there.

come home and no longer than 20mins want to listen to some music, smoke out and relax.. of course the gf calls me on the phone.. I dont want to hear it, I just want to listen to music..

 

I went online yesterday and was looking up health insurance, trying to get some quotes. DEARGOD!!! :-O So far today, there have been 23 (TWENTY-THREE!!) calls about this, which I did NOT answer. AND not a dingdang single solitary place has given me a quote. I just have to DAMN smh at that.

I want to get the cheapest, catastrophic health insurance there is, so that just in the event something were to happen to me, I wouldn't lose every thing that is now in my name that I legally own or have my name on. good grief

Do any of y'all have any recommendations?

I need to get my ass in the shower and go get much needed staples...like paper towels and toilet tissue, kitty litter. Mama needs laxative and melatonin. I could eat a bottle of melatonin and it might make me go to the bathroom. lol

Seems I always have to make sure our crap and piss systems (human and cat) are being adequately taken of.

 

I have been involved in one's with 20 people and it gets hilarious and annoying at the same time. I can not imagine the chaos that happens with 33,000 people.

Sorry I can't help you but I have found that if you make more than 20k then the name (affordable health care) is bullshit. Of course unless you make over 75k.

 

We finally had rain and it was a good rain that got absorbed so it should do some good.

Now though the humidity is even harder to deal with. I went out back with the dogs and within a couple of minutes my lung hurt. Time to come in.

 

last evening after the nude storm, watched some low level steam clouds(fog) just making its way up the mountain to drench us even more.. I too have trouble breathing with hot humidity..

 

had to blow off some drama steam pushed onto me so I been out in the garden weeding.....4 recycling bins overflowing with weeds....and I barely put a dent in a third of it....but it looks much better

 

I knew I would have that hard to breathe problem. That's why I put on the ac and hour ago. I been putting off the lawn for a few days because of it but gonna go do it now. I think I will do it in 10 minute increments.
