"Former game show host Chuck Woolery announced Wednesday his son has tested positive for COVID-19, just days after Woolery accused medical professionals and Democrats of lying about the virus in an effort to hurt the economy and President Trump's reelection chances.

Woolery, who hosted several popular game shows including "Love Connection" and “Wheel of Fortune” and who is a staunch supporter of the president's, has since deleted his Twitter account following the announcement about his son.

“To further clarify and add perspective, Covid-19 is real and it is here. My son tested positive for the virus, and I feel for of those suffering and especially for those who have lost loved ones," Woolery tweeted before his account disappeared."

I remember reading that trump was disappointed that Ivanka married Jared Kushner, and converted to Judaism.

 

This has become embarrassing for Trump and the following. Notable people who smugly dismissed the coronavirus and proffered truther narratives are ending up with themselves or family members contracting it.

Woolery at least acknowledged reality after his son contracted it.

 

Trump and his faithful will make the same stale statement the new record of over 77,000 coronavirus cases is due to a fantastic testing apparatus that he supposedly built.

Testing is only an initial step of an infrastructure to limit the spread.

A useful testing infrastructure would be able to trace with whom the infected were in contact, quickly notify those people, and have them self-quarantine to prevent further spread.

Trump has selfishly short-circuited such an infrastructure. He wants to take credit for the supposed great testing but not accept the obligation of telling people to commit to self-quarantining. He doesn't even want them to wear a face covering to protect others.

The result is an increase in cases of the virus and after a couple weeks a rise in the death rate, which is now occurring in the U.S.

The daily coronavirus death rate was near 1000 people in the U.S. circa July 16, 2020, a number that was common in May before a temporary decrease in June. It indicates that it's not an increase in innocuous cases due to testing but rather an increase in actual deaths that is occurring whether or not people are being tested.

It's a fact that Trump doesn't want to admit. He wants only increased documented cases that he wants to believe are innocuous and that he attributes to his supposed fantastic testing machine he says he made. He doesn't want to take responsibility for the increase in death rate that goes along with increased cases that can occur a few weeks later.

 

As anticipated, Trump replaced Parscale after the debacle rally in Tulsa.

Parscale blamed the media for the low turnout.

Trump becomes infuriated when just a few empty seats are in a 20,000 seating venue..

The CEO of Goya, Robert Unanue, is an ardent supporter of Trump. He was at the White House PR event for Trump's 'Hispanic Prosperity Initiative'.

Trump posted a photo of himself with an array of Goya products on his desk at the White House.

Ivanka Trump essentially did a commercial for Goya with a can of beans near her face.
