Betsy is an ass. She's the husband of the former CEO of Amway, the pyramid scheme company and the daughter in law of its founder. Her brother founded Blackwater, that stellar mercenary force that made millions killing civilians in Iraq. She's one of the ultra rich, her family is worth $5.4 billion. She has admitted using her money to influence Republican politicians. She founded Neurocore a quasi scientific unproven medical biofeedback company. And she is in favor of taking public money from public schools and giving it to private schools, religious in particular. Another privileged rich religious idiot who wants her version of the world to be everyone's. Drain the swamp.
Not really. What you propose is men offer themselves up to experience what women who aren't offering themselves go through. This is not a valid test of any sort. I only stinks of "revenge" against all those "horrible males". There is no simple formula for what you seem to be seeking. First of all, most men have no idea why they desire women. Think about it. Most of us love breasts when logically they should make no impact at all to an adult man. I would never advocate rape of course and I personally think we'd have far less of it if confirmed rape cases ended with executions. Dead rapists don't rape anyone else. The other thing to keep in mind is that most men don't rape anyone and have no interest in raping anyone. So placing them in harm's way makes what point exactly? Lastly, what are the actual numbers regarding campus rape? Seriously. I mean genuine rape, the kind where someone is forced beyond their will. I don't mean the jilted girlfriend who takes advantage of post breakup sex. And I don't mean the campus slut who fosters a vindictive streak. I do mean the nobody who passes out at an athletic team's party and wakes up naked and violated. And I do mean the conscious woman who says no repeatedly but it held down and raped anyway. These days it seems like a casual glance indicates a potential for rape. It's no wonder relationships have been turning to shit. I'm all for punishing REAL rape cases, rather severely. But let's deal with this using cooler heads and the facts of the matter as opposed to raw gender hatred and the perceived idea that "all" men are just rapists who haven't been caught yet. What you're suggesting doesn't take "balls", it takes a suicidal mind. Rein this in or such fantasies will distort your world view.
DeVos thinks she would have been selected Secretary of Education with no work experience in that area even if her family hadn't donated $200 million to the Republican party. Betsy DeVos says it's 'possible' her family has contributed $200 million to the Republican Party Jan. 17, 2017, 6:56 p.m. http://www.latimes.com/nation/politics/trailguide/la-na-trailguide-updates-betsy-devos-hearing-donations-1484703816-htmlstory.html excerpt: "On Tuesday, at DeVos' confirmation hearing, Sen. Bernie Sanders raised the issue again, but DeVos, who is married to the billionaire heir to the Amway fortune, said she didn't know how much her family had contributed to the Republican Party. Sanders (I-Vt.) wasn't deterred. "There is a growing fear that ... we are moving toward what some would call an oligarchic society, where a small number of very wealthy billionaires control, to some degree, our economic and political life," said the former Democratic presidential candidate. When DeVos still didn't offer a number, Sanders said he'd heard that the family collectively had contributed $200 million over the years. "That's possible," she said. Would DeVos have been chosen to be secretary of Education without those $200 million in donations, Sanders asked? DeVos said she thought she would have been."
Ten strikes and you're out. Some seniors are very generous in cutting slack for Trump, even if their senior center may end up being closed because of Trump's cuts. A cartoon is needed showing senior citizens volunteering and toiling in the hot sun building Trump's Mexican wall and saying proudly that he hasn't yet reached ten strikes in their minds.
I also don't understand where the media and college academia is pushing this idea that there's a rape culture on campuses either. I'd like to see some legitimate examples of rape culture outside of the western world. A friend of my family is currently serving time in San Quentin state penitentiary. And he says it's true that rapists are at the bottom of the prisoner hierarchy below murderers; in many ways they have it the worst. In a place like prison where even the worst of men wind up, rape is still despised. These schoolmarmish feminist cultists are killing romance as we know it. No wonder there's a MGTOW movement.
Poor Keith. He's devolved from prime time TV into a left-wing Alex Jones................ ...............minus the fancy studio Edit: I'm pretty sure this photo isn't real but it made me LOL
How exactly does Title IX interfere with due process? Doesn't due process also apply to victims of sexual assault? Do you think all or most of the people claiming to be such are phonies, not deserving to be taken seriously? For an excellent article defending the Title IX OCR standards, see http://www.yalelawjournal.org/article/campus-sexual-assault-adjudication-and-resistance-to-reform In due process cases, there are two relevant questions: does due process apply and what process is due? Due process is required whenever the moral character of a person is impugned or a stigma would be attached from a disciplinary action. Obviously that would be the case if a person is accused of sexual assault. Goss v. Lopez established that the minimum procedure due is a hearing in which the accused. These hearings are not necessarily trial-type procedures with all the trappings of the criminal or even the civil judicial process. What is required is fundamental fairness, including : (1) notice of the charges, evidence, and disciplinary action contemplated, (2) an opportunity to respond to the accusations; (3) the right to confront and cross-examine witnesses against him, if not directly, at least through a third party; (4) the right to a fair and unbiased hearing panel; and (5) the right to the assistance of counsel in preparation for and conduct of the hearing, The most controversial aspect of the Title IX guidelines is requiring the preponderance of evidence (more likely than not) standard of proof, as opposed to "clear and convincing" evidence. There are also complaints about overly broad definitions of sexual assault to include speech in some university policy statements responding to Title XI, and the affirmative consent standard of sexual assault. I think the preponderance standard is defensible, because it is the standard used in civil cases and Title VI and Title VII cases, and university hearings aren't criminal trials. The Title IX guidelines take no position on the definition of sexual assault or the requirement of "affirmative consent". I agree that mere sexual innuendo or comments about a person's body should never be actionable, but I think elimination of the "force" requirement is sensible. I think that the "affirmative consent" requirement which seems to be gaining ground on college campuses eliminates the problems of ambiguity in passive compliance or acquiescence. If these due process protections are not being met, the university is in violation of the Constitution and the accused should be able to sue for big bucks that would be a counterweight against pressure from the Department of Education. The Office of Civil Rights needs to clarify which of its directives are "guidance documents' versus regulations. If a regulation has not gone through the requirements for notice-and -comment" rule making under the Administrative Procedure Act, it is invalid. Your typical college boy may not have the resources to pursue such an action, but there are enough hungry lawyers operating on contingency bases that he should be able to find somebody to take the case. Or Ms. DeVos could amend the regulations to assure that these protections are provided as I've outlined. DeVos said her department will develop guidelines that continue to protect sexual assault victims, while also ensuring fair hearings for the accused. But she is an airhead Republican stooge who should not be administering a fish tank.. I must say that from my own personal experience, the 1-in-5 statistic seems hard to believe. It is hard for me to believe that any of the guys I know would engage in sexual assault, nor do I think they would turn into animals on a college campus. The last thing we should allow is for the system to be politicized to allow due process provisions to be stacked for or against the accuser and the accused. I have noticed that male athletes and frat rats seem to be involved in a disproportionate number of these cases. Either they're part of a macho subculture that encourages such behavior, or their reputation for such makes them targets for false accusations--or both. I'm aware of a case in which a guy was having non-consensual sex with his fraternity brothers while they slept. Amazingly, he was not beaten to a bloody pulp, but the victims got nowhere with the university, so they turned to the police who arrested and prosecuted the guy and gave a press release pointedly chastising the university for its lax response.
I don't want to be rude about this but you don't have any clue. Typical feminist nonsense thinking society is against you at every turn. You don''t live in reality if you think there not many resources for women who have been assaulted. I as a man could be arrested and held in jail until my trail on the CLAIM alone from a women that I raped her. Then any attorney worth anything will be picking a female jury who is inclined to believe the female's word. I was on jury duty for such a case as the only male. Authorities will not care? oh my. Sure things are seen on a case by case basis and some men get away with things but it's not 100 years ago. Women have a different place in society. As for the whole "if men would live like women for a day" argument sure I don't deny some men are pigs. But I don't know where the slut thing comes in. Do all men automatically assume women are sluts in your mind. Just a thing to shoot a load in? Again just not true for most of us. I think sometimes the need for men to be a villain is greater then their actual villain hood for some feminists.
The Mar-a-Lago visitor log battle continues. Trump Declines to Release List of His Visitors at Mar-a-Lago By ERIC LIPTON SEPT. 15, 2017 https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/15/us/politics/trump-declines-to-release-list-of-his-visitors-at-mar-a-lago.html?mcubz=0 excerpt: "“After waiting months for a response to our request for comprehensive visitor logs from the president’s multiple visits to Mar-a-Lago and having the government ask for a last minute extension, today we received 22 names from the Japanese prime minister’s visit to Mar-a-Lago and nothing else,” Mr. Bookbinder said in a statement. “The government does not believe that they need to release any further Mar-a-Lago visitor records. We vehemently disagree. The government seriously misrepresented their intentions to both us and the court. This was spitting in the eye of transparency. We will be fighting this in court.”"
California passes legistation that requires presidential candidates to release personal income tax returns. California legislature tries to force Trump to release tax returns By Adam Levy, CNN Updated 12:49 AM ET, Sat September 16, 2017 http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/16/politics/california-legislature-trump-tax-returns/index.html
Trump called Sessions an idiot and told him to resign after he (Trump) fired Comey. California passes legislation requiring all future presidential candidates to show their tax returns. California passes legislation declaring themselves a sanctuary state. (States rights). California passes resolution asking Congress to censure Trump's Charlottesville response. California and fifteen other states are suing Trump over DACA. Go California!!
Trump apparently is the first president in over 100 years who doesn't have a dog. He apparently doesn't have any pets either. Owning a dog is usually an asset for a president, so Trump might want to get a pet (although some say he already has Paul Ryan).
